Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please carefully read the terms and conditions that are detailed below as they form the basis of the sale agreement between you and Beauty Delphine Eltham’s Skin Rejuvenation Clinic when you purchase goods from our website. If you proceed with your purchase you are acknowledging that you have read these terms and conditions of sale and that your purchase from us is subject to these terms and conditions. Beauty Delphine Eltham’s Skin Rejuvenation Clinic reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of sale at any time.
Payment is taken at the point of order and receipt of your order will be confirmed to you at the email address you provide.
Availability of Products
All sales made on our website are subject to availability. We try to ensure that a large range of stock is kept on hand. In the event that we are out of a particular product you have selected, you will be contacted with the expected due date and your purchase will be placed on back order. Items which are shown as out of stock will be obtained as quickly as possible.
If you do not wish to pay for an item do not proceed to purchase it. Once you have selected to purchase from Beauty Delphine Eltham’s Skin Rejuvenation Clinic, you are obligated by these terms and conditions to pay for it.
All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST, unless otherwise indicated or the product/service is exempt. We will do our best to ensure that prices on our website are accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without notice.
Our product prices do not include postage and handling. We use Australia Post Express Post service. Your order will be delivered within 1-5 business days. Our final charge includes an amount for the products you purchase and an amount for postage and handling (unless your order has qualified for free shipping).
It is always important to use products as directed on the label. In the unlikely event that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately.
To further assist us, you will need to provide a photo of your skin and if we identify that the product purchased caused a skin reaction, we will exchange the item for another product, provide a refund or give a credit. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used and must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel your transaction please contact us immediately with your order details and cancellation request. Please note, orders are sent on a daily basis. If your order has already been processed and posted, we are unable to cancel your transaction.
Your privacy is important to us. Any information we receive from you via a purchased product or online forms on this website is only used to handle your immediate enquiry and provide appropriate service to the best of our ability. Your information is never shared, sold or distributed to any third party.
