What are your salon opening hours?
- Monday: By appointment

- Saturday: 9.00 am – 2.00 pm

What do I need to do if I need to cancel my appointment?
Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you, but we understand that plans may change. If you do need to cancel, please give at least 24-hours notice, other wise a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
What happens if I'm running late?
Arriving late will limit your treatment time, possibly lessening its effectiveness and your relaxation. Your treatment will end at the originally-scheduled time so that our next client’s treatment is not delayed.
Do I need to arrive earlier than my appointment time?
When scheduled for a facial and/or massage, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes earlier than your appointment time for optimal preparation and relaxation.
